Dr. Cain always took time to talk to me. My surgery was difficult, but he did a great job. Afterwards, he told me what to expect with my recovery. I would definitely recommend him.
DR Cain did an excellent job on my knee replacement. I did not have any problems. I did my rehab for5 weeks. I then went to the wellness center 3 times per week and continued working on my knee. My knee works fine. If I need to have the other knee or a hip replacement, I wouldn't consider anyone else doing the surgery.
Truly is a great doctor and really cares about his patients. My husband suffered a really bad knee injury and doctor did great job in the surgery and got husband back to normal

Dr. Cain did an excellent job on my knee. No issues with the surgery nor the recovery. St. Vincent's Hospital out-patient surgery was fantastic as was the staff. After the surgery I am able to go up and down stairs without any knee pain. Recovery was easy. PT was as expected, but all strength issues with my knee were addressed. I'm outside more, doing moderate running, and travel. I'll now be able to be pain free celebrating my 50th wedding anniversary...traveling! Thank you Dr. Cain.
Dr. Cain fixed my fractured tibial plateau. I am very happy with the results. He has a nice personality and great bedside manner.
Dr Cain repaired a reinjury of a previous procedure. I will never go anywhere else even though I do not live in Birmingham. First class from surgery to the correct physical therapy. The whole staff is at a extremely high level.
