He is one of the best in the world. He will repair you and get you back quickly to your active lifestyle. He is very busy but if you want the best, you should expect some wait time.
Excellent diagnosis, surgical procedure, follow up, and staff - simply the best
Dr. Cain is very good. He has done both of my knee surgeries and did a great job.
Dr. Cain takes all the time necessary to examine you and answer questions about your problem or ailment. He is an excellent surgeon. I have had both shoulders surgically repaired to correct torn rotator cuffs. With proper rest, rehabilitation and physical therapy, I was amazed at the outcomes. Both shoulders have full range of motion, full strength, and no pain. I am a new man as a result.

Dr. Cain is undisputedly one of the finest Orthopedic Surgeons practicing today. His skill and abilities are excellent, and his Patient Relationship is top of the line. He is caring and considerate in every meeting I had with him. He takes the time to talk with the Patient and any Family member present. I am thankful that he is in Birmingham and was able to do my surgery.
Excellent with people. I never thought he was in a hurry to get through my meetings. I have had excellent results from two Knee replacements, left knee in June 2016 and right knee in January 2017.
Excellent for several procedures I have had done by Dr Cain. I will only use him and recommend him to all my friends.
Only orthopedic surgeon I’ve ever used. Replaced my right shoulder and cleaned out both knees. Best bedside manner.
