Dr. Cione was excellent at explaining my options, items to look out for, time to decide, and time in his office visit. I was never rushed. At the time of surgery, he prayed with our family to find the gallstone and hopefully avoid a 2nd procedure. I was very greatly for the kind touch that meant so much to my husband and myself. Dr. Cione's office staff is easy to access and provides professional service. From the consultation appointment with him, through each stage of the scheduling and surgery all went smoothly. He has an informative and kind bedside manner. The surgery went as well as one could hope.
I had 2 hernias and was very nervous about a surgery. We met Dr Cione - and within 5 minutes I knew he was my guy. I could tell he was genuine and serious about his work. I did not have another doubt or worry. It’s now 3 weeks post-op, and not a single issue. Very grateful.
From start to finish and the follow ups in between Dr. Cione and his team are the best. Left inguinal hernia repair went flawless. Excellent experience from initial office contact, initial office visit, scheduling, explanation of procedure, hospital registration, the procedure itself, recovery and followup. Dr Cione is a caring and talented surgeon and the robotic surgery helps in decreasing pain, swelling, bruising and recovery time as compared to a prior similar procedure by another provider without the robotics.
Left Inguinal Hernia surgery was on the menu for me. Bless The Lord I ended up with Dr Cione. The entire process could not have gone any better. Dr Cione and staff are top-of-the-line. They made sure that I knew exactly what to expect and explained things in customer friendly terms without talking down to me. Everything went exactly as they advised it would. All appointments were prompt with no delays. Dr Cione and staff are simply the best.
Dr. Cione is a 'class act' very kind, professional, and has an incredibly peaceful and caring demeanor. My pre-op visit, the surgery, the facility, the post op visit all went without a hitch.
