Dr. Cione took excellent care of me and fit me in on his day off just to do my emergency surgery. I really appreciated his level of professionalism but at the same time he was very empathetic and understanding. Before surgery he prayed for me with my family and the doctors and nurses in the room. An exceptional experience. I was referred by my GI Dr. and Dr. Cione's reputation was well founded and more!He is an extremely experienced, kind and patient Doctor who's professionalism and staff support made the process effortless. I went to Dr. Cione for hernia repair earlier this year and had a great experience from my first consultation through to the post-op follow up. Dr. Cione explained the procedure and set expectations for what recovery would be like. He made me feel very comfortable with the process and am very happy.
My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Cione in the last 2 months. He explained the procedures well and prepared us for post-op levels of pain (he said mine would be worse than my husbands and he was right!) He was patient and never in a hurry. His office staff are also great!

I was referred to Dr Cione by my primary care DR. I have to say that i have never been this impressed with a Dr or his staff. He explains everything in a way you can understand, takes the time to listen and answer all of your questions. His staff works hard to get you scheduled for outside testing and procedure you need. The overall experience before and after my surgery was top notch!! I was very lucky to be introduced to Dr Cione! Highly recommended !!!
