Dr. Dean Cione performed a triple hernia operation on me. The pre-surgery examination was complete, and very assuring. The surgery was perfect. I was released within hours. I had no pain or after effects. Dr. Cione is a wonderful surgeon. I would return to his care, if necessary, without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Dr Cione for an inguinal hernia repair. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and very competent. My surgery could not have gone better, I realize everyone's recovery is a bit different but for me I only took 1/2 dose of pain med post op and 3 doses of otc Tylenol. I had no bruising or swelling issues and was able to go on a slow neighborhood walk the next day and progressed nicely from there. Don't postpone your surgery for a year like I did....

I'm not the type to typically go out of my way to leave a review, but I was so impressed with Doctor Cione and his staff I felt it worth the time to let others know. I had two abdominal hernias that had to be repaired, and the doctor took the time to explain everything at every phase of the process. From initial examination and surgical scheduling, to the day of operation and follow-up exam. The office staff was over the top helpful and accommodating, as was the staff at the surgical center. A+

I’ve been around doc’s for many years (as patient, serving on boards of hospitals, healthcare co’s, etc.) and I’d rate Dr. Cione as one of the finest all around surgeons (and doctors) I have met and been a patient of. He is clearly extremely capable, and his professional ability is only matched by his caring and patient sensitive nature. He is truly a five star doctor.

My General Practitioner, Dr. Todd Wein, alerted me over the years that I had two hernias that would ultimately need repair. He recommended Dr. Dean Cione who repaired his hernias in the past. Dr. Cione found that I had three hernias and we agreed to fix them all at once. Dr. Cione explained the entire procedure and made me comfortable with his expertise. Before the procedure, he prayed with me which I appreciated since I had not had surgery before. I will recommend Dr. Cione to everyone.

Dr. Cione was referred to me by my gastrointestinal doctor for my gallbladder removal surgery. Dr. Cione was very friendly, attentive, and explained everything thoroughly to make me feel comfortable about the whole process. Dr. Cione even prayed for my surgery to ease my anxiety before the surgery. By God's grace and Dr. Cione's gifted and skillful hands, my surgery went well, and I am recovering very fast. I cannot thank Dr. Cione and the staff enough. He certainly is the best!

Great to have a Doctor like him...Has a wounderful staff there..Great bed side manner...He explain everything to me before the surgery...The surgery was done Great.I went to see have after the surgery for my follow up and he was great and his staff is great..I will tells all friends about them...I will use him again...Thank You DR.CIONE...

I chose Dr Cione for my umbilical hernia repair. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Incision size was minimal. Procedure and post-op went exactly as he described. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
