I had major issue with acid reflux. Another doctor said there was nothing that could be done. Then another doctor, Dr David Park, referred my to Dr Dean Cione. Dr Cione fixed my issue with esophageal sphincter and hiatal hernia. Dr Cione performed Heller myotomy for my Achalasia issue. I highly recommended both Dr Cione And Dr Park.
Dr. Cione completed my hernia repair. Excellent Doctor with a fantastic bed side manner. He took the time to explain the process, procedure, and answer any and all questions I had. Very professional and I would highly recommend.
Dr. Cione and his office staff are wonderful. They are welcoming and spend plenty of time making sure everything is understood and covered. Dr. Cione was very thorough and surgery expectations were clear and follow up has been wonderful. I have felt very cared for and received excellent care.

Dr. Cione is a wonderful surgeon who took the time to clearly understand my concerns and clearly communicated with me. My wife and I both have had surgery from Dr. Cione, which should let everyone know how comfortable we are under his care.
I highly recommend Dr. Cione for any procedures involving a general surgeon. Faced with an emergency gallbladder issue, our endo doctor put us in good hands with Dr. Cione to perform the surgery. Dr. Cione was amazing! From explaining everything, to praying over me before surgery, to keeping my fiancé informed during and after surgery. I can’t imagine this process with any other dr.!

I was well-informed about the issue I had with my umbilical hernia prior to scheduling surgery. Upon reading my reviewing my ultrasound, gall stones were found. Dr. Cione conferenced with me prior to any surgery, went over my options and I was able to select a double surgery: hernia repair and gallbladder removal.
