The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Franz is a great physician. He is so gentle and he listens to,the patient.

I was told 3 times to be there no later then 10:15 for a hearing test, I got there at 10:00 and waited to be called back, was called back my vitals was taken and then sent back in waiting room, waited till 10:50 and had to go to front desk to say I had another appointment so they took me to another room where I saw Dr Franz which I really liked, he then took me to another room to have my hearing test. It is now 11:15. test took 15 minutes and was told I had to wait to see Dr for results waited another 15 minutes then I left ... read more
I relocated to the Fredericksburg area a little more then 2 years ago, and have been seeing Doctor Franz initially for allergies and a chronic/recurring ear inflamation. Dr. Franz's oversight and treatment approaches have been very effective, and minimally invasive. His informal/friendly manner, ability to listen to his patient, supports my 5 Star/Outstanding rating of Dr. Franz. Also, his support medical staff are outstanding and make you feel welcomed.
Dr. Franze is a great physician. He fixed my problem in no time. I would recommend him.
