The office is clean and pretty. They saw us in a very timely fashion, and Dr. Franz was kind and didn't seem rushed at all. He answered all our questions and we felt comfortable with his assessment and recommendation.
He answered my questions thoroughly and also tried to speak some French with me.
I really appreciate that he is competent, friendly, and willing to answer my questions. I did not feel rushed or made to feel that what I had to say wasn’t important.
Dr. Franz has solved my ear problem and my nose problem painlessly. He is so kind and I see him every 3 months to maintain.
He was very officially professional to the appointment and to the point for reason for visit. Question of issues I was experiencing then process of getting to uncover main problem too resolve discomfort.
All the staff is very friendly. Dr. Franz is very good and explained everything to me.
This was my first visit and he was very thorough in explaining his observations and suggestions.
Dr. Franz is always very through in his exams and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand.
