The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The doctor was very helpful in me understanding my hearing issues. I left informed and relieved that my hearing issues could be resolved by a simple solution.
Very personable, sincere and knowledgeable. No long wait time and the entire staff was friendly and helpful.
I was seen within a short few minutes of checking in and my reason for the visit was taken care of. In my opinion Dr Franz is a very kind and caring physician. I don’t see any need to ever change. No, it was not a telepath appointment.

D r Franz has a sharp mind and knows his field of care very well. In the short period of time that he has to see me on a visit he has to diagnose my problem and offer a solution. That's not an easy task given how complex our bodies are. He is also caring person and that's why we like him. He also tracks my progress on several issues I have regarding sinus.
Everyone has very nice and professional. Dr.Franz went over everything in detail and was very knowledgeable about my problem.
All the staff were helpful and friendly.
He is excellent. Not only knows his stuff, but actually cares about his patient’s health.
