Dr Franz’s office was able to get my son in quickly. He’s had multiple ear issues and Dr Franz is always patience and kind going above and beyond to figure out a solution and make my son feel better. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Franz examined me and confirmed the antibiotic I was using was working and prescribed a steroid to help speed up the process. He was very informative about what was going on with my salivary glands.
I have had chronic sinus problems for years. Dr Franz really listens to me, explains things well, and works with me to provide relief from sinus pain and infections. He also performed my outpatient sinus surgeries, which provided alot of relief and improvement!
I went to see him this week as always very professional and he knows his field.I trust that his plan of action will make me feel better,I had sinus surgery last year and it was a complete sucess
Excellent visit. Had an urgent issue. They were able to get me in and Dr Fran’s took care of the problem.
Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and attentive. The stay on schedule, so I am not kept waiting. I also feel that Dr. Franz listens to me, so that he can resolve my problem. He is kind and friendly, and he takes care of my issues, so that I feel better quickly.
