Dr Franz is very patient with his clients and did a phenomenal job with my son's tubes in his ears. Easy to get an appointment with and the whole office staff was very pleasant.

Dr. Franz and the audiolist associated with his practice are very patient with us older folks. I've been seeing him for about two years and have found him to be a very good doctor He is very good about explaining your treatment. I highly recommend him.

I had a very good visit with Dr. Franz and his staff. They were kind and professional and treated me with respect. Dr. Franz is the doctor I saw and he got my hearing test ordered in the same visit. He assured me the hearing loss in my left ear would be temporary, as this was a very frustrating condition.
Dr Franz was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about the procedure to us before anything was done to our infant. He talked with us and helped us make the best decision for our baby and family.
After three visits Dr. Franz informed me that he doesn't know what is causing my throat issue. He did not do any x-rays or scans which is concerning, only visual inspections. I am getting a second opinion from another ENT.
Great Staff! Doctor Franz has a wonderful bedside manner, spoke clearly and calmly, explaining everything in everyday terms not medical speak. Highly recommend this practice.
Had surgery, fixed nothing. Was in for a septoplasty and two turbinoplastys. A $12K+ procedure. A CT, with another doctor after, shows a single/unnecessarily drastic reduction to one turbinate. Find a better doctor; research outside of your local area.
