I was seen within a short few minutes of checking in and my reason for the visit was taken care of. In my opinion Dr Franz is a very kind and caring physician. I don’t see any need to ever change. No, it was not a telepath appointment.

D r Franz has a sharp mind and knows his field of care very well. In the short period of time that he has to see me on a visit he has to diagnose my problem and offer a solution. That's not an easy task given how complex our bodies are. He is also caring person and that's why we like him. He also tracks my progress on several issues I have regarding sinus.
Everyone has very nice and professional. Dr.Franz went over everything in detail and was very knowledgeable about my problem.
All the staff were helpful and friendly.
He is excellent. Not only knows his stuff, but actually cares about his patient’s health.
I absolutely love Dr. Franz.. his bedside manner and his nursing staff are amazing. I was VERY disappointed at the check in crew. The girl who checked me in 'bothered' to talk to me in the middle of her personal conversation with the other ladies behind the window. It was very offputting. She would answer me with one word answers and then continue her conversation. Very unprofessional.
Punctual, Professional and Effective
Dr Franz and his staff are excellent. I was terrified of this procedure in my four-year-old son. They reviewed every detail, all possible scenarios with me, and what to do. The surgery process was very structured and organized; everything happened exactly as they explained. My son is doing well, way more than expected. (Surgery was on 01/17/2024). Thank you all.
