Dr. Franz took the time to talk with my daughter and me about her issues. He did a thorough examination to determine the best course of action. He was clear in his explanation and plan of care.
He found the issue and put ear drops in to heal the infection. The prescription has still not been sent to the pharmacy.
Dr Franz was friendly knowledgeable and made everything very easy to understand. I truly enjoyed my visit with him. My rating is based on my visit with Dr. Franz. The process that I encountered in getting to my appointment was very disappointing. When I made the appointment I found out that I was given the wrong office I was sent to the Fredericksburg address (Fall Hill) which is where I was. I was sent up stairs to be seen and was told that was not correct and sent back downstairs before I was told I was in the wrong office... read more
Dr. Franz is very personable and easy to talk to. I did not feel rushed and unimportant during my entire visit from check in to check out.

Dr. Franz made me feel at ease. He gave easy to understand answers to questions I had, not to mention questions I didn't have. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and listened intently to me. He was thorough, prompt with what could possibly be resolved immediately, and was direct. I am so pleased that my internist, Dr. Vangani, recommended him to me. I think he is a great physician.
I like that Dr. Franz is patient and listens to your concerns. He takes his time when evaluating, and gives you a through explanation.
Since moving here about two years ago this was first visit to to see an ENT since leaving CA. I am happy to say that Dr. Franz was extremely thorough. He listened to me, read through prior ENT documentation, gave me a extensive exam and assessed my problem. Highly recommend him.
My daughter has tubes in her ears and has been seeing Dr. Franz for several years now. He is always super gentle with her and she always leaves smiling.
