As someone who tends to be nervous around doctor's appointments, I have to leave a review. I've just had an excellent experience with Dr Lim and his team. He's the most calming, professional and caring optometrist I've ever met. I met so many uncaring and rude optometrists in the past, so I'm always expecting the worst. Lim’s is a fantastic optician who has served the area for many years. The reception staff are so welcoming and sweet and Dr Lim is courteous, kind and very professional in that he explains each procedure and what the findings mean. He takes his time and you don’t feel rushed. You get your eye test prescription without asking for it and there is no hard sales pressure to buy anything! Perfect
