Poor bedside manor. Communicated uninformed opinion regarding government pension system to patient during consult. Showed little concern for patient's level of comfort during procedure also used for office teaching opportunity. Not upfront provider of my insurance carrier even when asked one month prior to change.
I recommend Dr Lum and his staff as he is very professional and explains to me my unusual eye problems. The Best!
He overcharges for cataract surgery! More than what Medicare covers.
I have had any fears I could have had just disappear in the hand of my Dr. Lum. I have 20/20 after my cataract surgery with Dr Lum. My glaucoma is under control. I am under Dr Lum's, and his excellent team, to to assure the eyesight I now possess will continue to stay healthy. To say thank you to someone who has done so much is beyond my scoop of words. But I do say it everyday I see my family and the sun rise and the beautiful sunsets. So Thank You Dr. Lum and all your fabulous staff.
