After waiting more than 3 weeks for an appointment, I was asked to come early even though I filled out all of the forms online. I came early and filled out more forms (all duplicate). After waiting 20 minutes, they brought me to an exam room and asked more questions...all duplicate again...including was I currently in pain and I said I was in some considerable pain.
