Staff is very efficient and doctor is very professional
Dr. Lum’s staff is great. Very attentive and efficient. Doctor is wonderful and I feel very comfortable in his care.
Medically, the care was good. The office does not accept Medicare assignment of benefits, so each visit incurs an out-of-pocket charge. This was not clearly explained to us when we started going to this group of opthalmologists. If you are on a tight budget, chose an eye doctor who takes Medicare assignment of benefits.

Dr. Lum’s staff is very personable and professional with their patient care. This practice is a good source for receiving comprehensive eye care.
Always descriptive of the condition of the eye and thouroughly describes the treatment.
I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen; meanwhile patients who arrived for appointments after mine were seen first. Then I was given several tests and then waited another 20 minutes until the doctor saw me!! That's a full hour a spent waiting for an appointment that I had for 3 months and for which I arrived 10 minutes early.
Check in was a snap, I was called almost immediately, the tech was very thorough, and Dr. Lum went over everything carefully. It couldn’t be smoother.
