I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen; meanwhile patients who arrived for appointments after mine were seen first. Then I was given several tests and then waited another 20 minutes until the doctor saw me!! That's a full hour a spent waiting for an appointment that I had for 3 months and for which I arrived 10 minutes early.
Check in was a snap, I was called almost immediately, the tech was very thorough, and Dr. Lum went over everything carefully. It couldn’t be smoother.
All aspects of this practice are professional. The staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Lum has a great reputation and I trust him with my eyes. (no need to say more)
