From the moment I met Dr. Hines he was so down to earth and explained everything that you could understand it. Didn’t hide anything from me told me exactly what would happen from pre-surgery to everything in between and after. Believe me I’ve had a great experience with everyone in OSS and would recommend any one of them to see. very informative and friendly - would recommend to anyone needing surgery
He was direct but cordial & respectful. He told me the diagnosis of my MRI results of my shoulder and offered me what he thought my best course of action would be so that I could get the best results. Given those choices, I decided to go with his recommendation. It has helped me to date with my shoulder pain. Dr Hines saw me for a torn rotator cuff and the recommendation was surgery. He was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in detail. He was very patient to answer all of my questions, even if they were simple or a little ridiculous.
Professionalism
He is very nice. Listens to your concerns and referred me to continue treatment. I was not in need of surgery.
It was a preparation for surgery.
