Dr Hines is very professional and good to work with. Both surgeries he performed on me went very well and he was upfront with recovery expectations. I highly recommend him and his staff.
Dr Hines shows concern and care for his patients . He will sit and listen and advise - gives time to answer questions and repeat advise or treatment for your problem and follows you through your recovery time . Great personally and patient - doctor rekationship .
Very thorough and knowledgeable. No waiting. Initial evaluation followed by x-ray and diagnosis. Treatment followed immediately and out of the office in less than an hour.
Good consult. Dr. was on time & spent at least 30 mins with us. He was confident in his comments and had a good knowledge of shoulder surgery. He answered all our questions and we did not get the impression he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. He encouraged us to get a third opinion if we felt that would be helpful, even sharing names of colleagues in various cities. I would recommend Dr. Hines if considering shoulder surgery in York, PA.
