Very short visit (~5 min) for having had a serious orthopedic issue for 2 years and not able to get care till now due to no insurance. Honest that he didn't know what was going on w my leg (no one else does either), advised which doctor to follow up with for foot and who wouldn't be helpful. Affirmed referral to neuro, prescribed meds that made sense, affirmed referral to PT, moved up my appointment to follow up.
Dr. Hines asked questions and listened to my concerns. He explained what was going on and next steps so I understood, without being condescending. Refreshing.
Dr. Hines was friendly and understanding. He was clear about the risks of surgery and about recovery. He was open in saying that if recommendations for after surgery werent followed, I would not heal the way I would expect.
Open, honest and gave several perspectives to considering knee replacement. Greatly appreciate his approach.
Dr. Hines took the time to present medical and surgical options personalized to me as a patient. Furthermore, he and his team made accommodations to see me in an urgent fashion after my accident.
Dr Hines is very friendly, gave me a choice between arthritis meds or a cortisone shot, took the shot, knee feels much better.
Dr. Hines was very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns about the reverse shoulder operation. My pain is gone and my mobility has improved. I would highly recommend Dr. Hines.
My first post appointment is coming up and I’m excited about becoming pain free and getting back to normal.
