Good listener.Good advice.Not in a big rush- spent the time necessary to diagnose and review approaches to my condition.
He seemed to be very concerned about my problem.
The office staff was very helpful and attentive. My appointments were always on time. Dr. Hines was very informative. The day of my surgery was handled like clock work. The nurses were great - very personable. The office called to check on me 2 days after the surgery. Only 6 days into recovery. Hope everything upcoming is as smooth as it has been since I strarted.

Very friendly staff. Dr. Hines explained everything in detail with wording I could understand but was professional and medically technical about it. I was given options as to what I could do for my condition.
Very transparent and professional.
Most times the wait isn’t long at all but this last time I waited an hour only to see the doctor for about a minute because he recommended an MRI. I realize that some days things can get backed up. Maybe just have the nurses give a heads up that they are running late.
