Initially I was very pleased with Dr. Hines. I'd had severe pain keeping me up at night and had tried everything to no avail with no obvious issues on imaging. Dr. Hines did an exploratory surgery and found a torn rotator cuff, labrum, and bicep. Repair was going well until 6 weeks post op, when I started regressing. He put me through the ringer trying everything, then told me anyone who operated on me would be crazy because there's nothing wrong. Communicate well. Caring. Been going to Dr. Hines for knee pain relief for years prior to receiving knee replacements.

The office staff was very helpful and attentive. My appointments were always on time. Dr. Hines was very informative. The day of my surgery was handled like clock work. The nurses were great - very personable. The office called to check on me 2 days after the surgery. Only 6 days into recovery. Hope everything upcoming is as smooth as it has been since I strarted.
