Dr Hines is amazing. he makes you feel very comfortable. He answers all your questions and listen to anything that you have to say. The people that work for him are also amazing people very friendly and they know what they’re doing.
Knowledgeable, experienced and efficient
He took the time to go over my issues and explained my options. He seemed sincere. Didn't know he was the doctor with his casual clothes tho.

Initially I was very pleased with Dr. Hines. I'd had severe pain keeping me up at night and had tried everything to no avail with no obvious issues on imaging. Dr. Hines did an exploratory surgery and found a torn rotator cuff, labrum, and bicep. Repair was going well until 6 weeks post op, when I started regressing. He put me through the ringer trying everything, then told me anyone who operated on me would be crazy because there's nothing wrong.
