My surgery and stay at OSS was made as pleasant as possible due to the attention and care given by all the medical staff .

Well, first I wish he'd get a new picture to go with his 'info' card. I thought he was the P.A. when the other fellow came in to see me. Dr. Hines answered all of my questions and let me know if or when I would need to come back for my rotator cuff injury. I was very happy with his information...no surgery unless pain started, otherwise leave it alone. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and I had been referred to him.
From my first visit, through surgery, and post visits, Dr. Hinds has been great. He explained the why, where and how my knee replacement would proceed. He also showed concern which I truly appreciated.
Thorough and unrushed explanation of anticipated procedure.
From the moment I met Dr. Hines he was so down to earth and explained everything that you could understand it. Didn’t hide anything from me told me exactly what would happen from pre-surgery to everything in between and after. Believe me I’ve had a great experience with everyone in OSS and would recommend any one of them to see. Last appointment with Dr Hines I thanked him for all he did because today I’m not in pain anymore and have almost full range motion which I may get all of it back if not I’m so grateful for all that ... read more
