I found Dr. Hines to be very professional and very informative. He explained the procedure for my shoulder replacement in way I could understand. Dr. Hines answered all my questions regarding the surgery, recovery and therapy.
Dr. Hines was very clear about my present condition and what to expect in the near future. We will see what relief the treatment provides and make decisions accordingly.
Staff well trained. Seem to have a patient first mentality. Dr Hines and physical therapist are fantastic
Not knowing exactly what he was going to find when he went into my shoulder, Dr. Hines was able to fix a lot of things that were found in my shoulder. The pain following the surgery was not as bad as I thought it would be. I feel confident in Dr. Hines' work.
