Dr Hines was very informative and supportive through out the procedure. It was a quick recovery, thanks to him. Very well satisfied.
Dr Hines did surgery on my left shoulder. He had also done my right shoulder 4 1/2 years ago. Both times I had a great experience with Dr Hines. Surgery went well and he always explained everything thoroughly. In addition, I have nothing but great things to say about the anesthesiology team and all of the nurses, as well as the entire OSS family. I’ve had quite a few appointments and surgeries here and have always had a positive experience and felt well cared for.
I had shoulder replacement surgery. Everything went very well. It has been 5 weeks since my surgery I have not had any pain and therapy is going very well. I would highly recommend Dr Hines he gave me my mobility back.
I met Dr Hines after a freak accident in 2017 that left me with bilateral proximal humerus fractures. He cleared his schedule one day to do the extensive surgery and explained all the risks beforehand. He was very honest about my recovery time and chances to regain full range of motion. I continue to see Dr Hines for various issues and have the utmost trust in his work.
Professional and personable. Provided appropriate diagnostics and treatment in my opinion. Cannot ask more of a doctor.
I had carpal tunnel surgery performed by Dr. Hines. During the surgery I told him I could feel pain, he ,silently, was agitated and numbed my hand some more. After about two minutes I told him I could feel pain again and he, very rudely, said “is this how it is when you go to the dentist, and where does it hurt?” I was mortified that a surgeon would act this way. Dr. Hines did a total reverse shoulder replacement for my husband. He was excellent in explaining everything and was very personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing joint replacement. I will soon need my knees redone. I will be going to Dr. Hines.
Dr. Hines performed my shoulder surgery in spring 2020. He takes the time to explain the procedures and lays out your options for you. I've also felt that my opinion on my treatment matters to him. I'd recommend him and OSS Health for anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon.
My husband had a total knee replacement in February 2016. Dr Hines is an excellent surgeon. He was very informative and always answered any questions we had. Always took time to sit down with us and talk about any questions or concerns we had. He exhausted every avenue possible before knee surgery and he left the final decision up to my husband. He told my husband you will know when its time. My husband bike rides, teaches karate and walks on regular basis now. Bucky and I thank you Dr. Hines!
