They were able to get me in very quickly. He determined to quickly that it was nothing serious and helped me understand what the cause was. Really enjoyed my visit.
I went for back pain. They asked if I wanted X-rays before I ever spoke to the doctor. I did them. The doctor came in and said everything looked fine and suggested pain meds and physical therapy. He was nice but I spent over $600 and left with no answers. I honestly regret going.
This was my first time there. Cindy at the front desk was excellent, professional, warm, and friend. She made connection. Dr. Grimm is awesome, he was like an old friend. Approachable, listeneds, and was curious. Concerned and knowledgeable. What I experienced here especially from Cindy and Dr. Grimm is rare to find these days. They 'see' people and make great connection. That's what I call providing excellent patient experience...
They got me and out very quickly, I had xrays taken also, Dr Grimm explained everything throughly.
He went over everything and answered all of my questions.
Dr. Grimm performed Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) for me last September. It was very successful. I was able to recover very quickly and now I am pain free. Pre- and post-surgery appointments were very helpful. Dr. Grimm explained many details about the surgery. The staffs are also very kind and helpful. I've already talked to two of my friends who have similar conditions as mine. I highly recommended them to visit Dr. Grimm.
Dr Grimm & the staff at the Acworth office were absolutely the most thorough and professional that I have ever seen in my 4 decades of dealing with back pain and other related issues. I’m one of those rare patients that Dr Grimm has preformed multiple surgeries. Each time I was in dire condition and was afraid my life had changed forever, and Dr Grimm had the knowledge, skill and courage to repair my messed up back. Each surgery was restorative and I thank God and Dr Grimm for that. I think Dr Grimm is very measured and focused, and straightforward in his approach. We are grateful to have him taking care of me.
