Our experience with Dr. Grimm was unacceptable. He was dismissive, appeared irritated when questions were asked, and walked out mid-conversation. We were ignored repeatedly, had to call multiple times for minimal acknowledgment, and received no clear guidance or coordination of care.The lack of empathy, accountability, and follow-through made an already stressful situation far worse. We ultimately switched providers because we could not trust the care or communication we were receiving.
Went to Dr. Grimm in the worst pain imaginable. Dr. Grimm and his staff handled my situation with great care from the first visit through surgery. They saw the amount of pain I was in and moved swiftly to get the surgery scheduled asap. I would highly recommend Dr. Gimm & his team at Resurgens.
Been going to Dr. Grimm for about 11 months now. Never a wait time. The nurses and assistance are great. You’re always greeted with a smile. Dr Grimm himself makes sure he understand his patience and explain to them what is best for them. Positively recommend them to anybody.
Dr. Grimm is absolutely amazing doctor. I had gone to him because of my neck and back issues. After doing some PT and he noticed it wasn’t working he said only thing left was to do a procedure to take care of my pain. After my last procedure, I can now move my neck. Wonderful experience.
I saw Dr Grimm in 2013 for a discectomy that relieved my crippling pain, so when I started having issues with my neck and arm, I went to see him again. I had an ACDF and it was another successful, pain relieving surgery. I'm so thankful to have found Dr. Grimm and will always be grateful for the relief he has provided with his expertise.
I have been working with Dr Grimm due to an auto accident.I had a couple procedures done that unfortunately didn't work.Dr Grimm had given me a truthful answer saying he wouldn't do the surgery, that was recommended, as I am a senior professional athlete and extremely active.
Dr. Grimm has gone out of his way to make sure my injury was not taking lightly and my surgery went smoothly. The care after surgery has been awesome as well, highly recommend his services.
From my first visit a little over a year ago to pre-surgery and then post surgery check ups. Everything has been great. Dr Grimm has a great personality and I have enjoyed working with him.
Dr Grimm is an amazing back doctor! I have stenosis and had a pinched nerve. Dr Grimm explained I could be back playing tennis and golf in two weeks after surgery! I had the surgery and was back playing pickleball, tennis, and golf 2 weeks later. It’s been three months since surgery, I feel fantastic!!! Thank you Dr Grimm! Anyone with back issues should come see Dr Grimm, you won’t regret your choice!!!
