I had been having excruciating pain down my right leg for months, and this was very difficult to live with since I am an active and healthy individual in my twenties. Dr. Grimm diagnosed my horrible spine infection, performed 7 surgeries on my spine and ultimately saved my life. He is an amazingly dedicated, talented, professional and caring person. He and his staff have been wonderful.
After suffering from extreme sciatica and lower back pain at 27 years old, I consulted with Dr. Grimm and Stephanie Wordes, PA. From the onset of our relationship, I knew I was in good hands. After an x-ray during my initial visit, Stephanie noticed the spacing between L4 & L5 was getting smaller which could indicate an injury so an MRI was ordered to see what was happening. Dr. Grimm fixed my L4-S5 in 2017 with a spinal discectomy and I was up walking 2 hours after surgery pain free. 3 years before a surgeon tried to talk me in to an artificial disc and I am thankful Dr. Grimm fixed it instead. March 2018, I was losing grip in my right hand real bad and C7-T1 had collapsed and had to be fused. Dr. Grimm did the fusion and saved me again. I cannot praise him enough for what he has done for me but I do know that God truly blessed this man with his talent.
I am a 34 y/o single mother of 2 young children & RN. I have been suffering with sciatic pain on & off for years, but it became severe in my left leg over the last 5 months. I tried everything (PT, Chiropractor, Massage, Yoga, Epidurals) & thought I would just have to learn to deal with it. Long story short, I was referred to Dr. Grimm. He did a Laminectomy on 12/26/18 and changed my life. I woke up from surgery pain free & will be forever grateful to him & his staff. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

Dr. Grimm and the staff at Resurgens Orthopaedics were nothing less than professional and courteous throughout my experience with them regarding my lumbar herniated disc injury. The process took 4 1/2 months from 1st consultation to post-op release. From the start, Dr. Grimm was candid when answering my questions and addressing my concerns about the lumbar discectomy procedure. Last June Dr. Grimm reviewed my MRI, as I had extreme pain with L5-S1 sciatica for 18 mos, and constant back pain at L3 - L5. Other issues were Spondylolisthesis, Spinal Stenosis, Spondylolysis, Disc Degeneration, etc. He suggested my treatment plan would entail a Spinal Fusion L3-L-5, plus R&L Laminectomies. My surgery was 10/5/17, and I would give him 10 stars, as I'm 66 and pain free in over 3 years. He is very kind with a gentle manner, and his staff is also top notch!

I had a cervical issue for a number of years and it was seriously affecting my life- as a guitarist-musician, the pain and numbness was so bad in my left arm / hand, I was virtually unable to play... after Dr. Grimm gave me ACDF surgery, I'm completely back to normal. I couldn't ask for better care and expertise than Bennett Grimm. Shout out also to Emily and Chelsey too! amazing work from Resurgens Orthopaedics... you guys totally ROCK! (D.Biemiller August '18)

Don’t waste your time or money. This guys a real jerk. I’ve suffered from severe back pain for 30 years. I’ve worked through the pain but finally got to the point I can barely walk. He asked what do you want from me. I don’t want surgery but I was hoping for some professional opinion regarding the deterioration since my last visit to a orthopedic. Really need an epidural. He was so rude and certainly not professional. So sorry I wasted my hard earned money and two hours of my time.
