Dr. Jain is an outstanding physician. As a scientist and cancer patient, I have seen dozens of doctors in the San Diego area and Dr. Jain is the most intelligent, thoughtful, and caring physician I have encountered. DO NOT GO HERE! Truly awful service and communication! At my first appointment my copay was waived due to me being a nurse and I thought, how nice they show appreciation to healthcare workers! I was definitely wrong. Six months later I received an “over due payment notice” for my copay despite never receiving any bill. When I called they said “I don’t know what to tell you about it being waived there is two copays overdue.” Why waive my copay unprompted then tell me it is overdue? Dr. Jain is awesome and I trust him completely with my care. He’s definitely top of his field. My only issue is the wait time in his office and the slow response time when I call to get in touch. I think they are going to upgrade their in-person call service but the wait times are just too long. It seems unreasonable to expect a doctor’s appointment to take more than 2 hours when you only see him for 15 minutes. Better scheduling might help? I hope they can fix this.
My wife and I both are treated by Dr. Jain. He is very knowledgable and listens to our concerns and works with us to meet our needs. When there is a negative reaction to a drug he finds alternatives that work. He works well with his staff who keeps the clinic running well.

I see Dr. Jain twice a year for my check-up but this time was required because of recent pulsating eye pain. Prior to starting the evaluation, we shared what was recently happening in each other's lives. He values his patients, and I value his professionalism. He quickly identified the cause of the 'eye spasm' pain and a treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Jain.
Dr. Busino is amazing. She fully explained all aspects of the procedure and made us feel comfortable with our decision no matter which option we chose. She was great with us and our baby. The front desk staff was also very helpful, kind, and informative.
