He saved my life after I was taken to the hospital in total heart failure.
It seems the older I get the more doctors I see. The experience with Dr. Jain, and his staff was far better than all the other doctors I've seen. Dr. Jain is not the first retina doctor I've been too, so I'm familiar with time involved with the visit. Dr Dysart was Recommend by a friend 20 years ago & I have also seen Shannon Davis they listen to me & offer excellent care.
Dr. Jain is always very pleasant and spends time with me. He is very competent!!
Dr. Tsu performed Hernia surgery on my father who is hard of hearing and a Spanish speaker so I went with him to his appointments. This review is on Dr. Tsu's bed side manner. He is terrible! He never introduced himself as the doctor and spent less than two minutes with him at both his appointments with zero opportunity to ask questions because he was already running out the door. Dr. W has been my cardiologist for 6 years. I respect his skill, and the other doctors in the clinic, having worked at Sharp Chula Vista Med Center over 10 years. I too, was very disappointed with the staff, but am happy to report they are improving. I think that as a new provider, he had difficulty finding a solid bi-lingual staff. They have been really working to regain our trust.
