I've had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Iem on and off (due to moving out of state) since 2019 and I have to say that when I saw that Sharp was offered by my employer (there was around 30 plans offered), I knew immediately I would sign up for Sharp JUST to be able to be her patient again. I was referred to Dr. Jain to get a baseline on a situation with my retina. He and his staff were very thorough and put my mind at ease through the entire appointment.
I am extremely impressed with Dr. Jain. He is very professional, intelligent and communicates exceptionally well. He is very friendly and exceedingly intelligent. I appreciate and trust him very much. And I am very grateful that my daughter has taken me to him.
No pre op appointment to explain procedure and or possible complications. Dismissive and short after procedure as well. Not thorough.
Extremely qualify, answer all questions, very skillful and caring doctor
Jimmy, the office manager is condescending at best. Incompetent as an office manager with limited knowledge of how high deductibles work and is willing to cancel appointments because of a due balance. Not a past due balance, a due balance. He also offered to send the results knowing a patient wouldn't understand them. I'm finding another neurologist with competent office people.
Did not go like my family expected. My grandmas appointment was scheduled at 12:15 pm we were waiting in the room until 1:30pm the doctor took only 10 mins asking about her symptoms and asking what imaging or test she had done at the hospital. i asked the doctor if he had a chance to look at my grandmas records at Scripps he said no he didn't get a chance to see them and it would take 10 mins for him to open up scripps epic. i expected for him to explain her the diagnosis or something but he wanted to start all over again wi... read more
