I had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Miriam (or Maria) at the clinic on April 22nd. After missing a call from the Scheduling Department, I returned it and spoke with a kind receptionist. While checking for availability due to a potential conflict, Miriam unexpectedly took over the call. The wait time was very long, almost an hour. He was unprofessional and rude, when he looked at my chart he made some faces like I was in bad shape which is not the case but if it was that is what a patient doesn’t want to see I felt kinda bad when he did that. Dr. Jain is the very best. He gets to know his patients and makes the procedure more relaxed. His office staff is excellent and they make patients feel welcomed. I would highly recommend Dr. Jain. He is my favorite physician.
Dr. Busino and the staff were very awesome. Super friendly and attentive. I felt like Dr. Busino actually cared about me and the reason for my visit. I wasn’t just another patient or number or a turn. Thank you Dr. Busino
She was very friendly, apologized profusely that I had to wait on this unusually busy Monday. She worked quickly and gently, explained as she went along, so I always knew what she was doing or was about to do. She explained my test results very well and told me I could come back in a year.
Staff is personable, efficient and keeps me appraised of each step.Dr Jain is extremely thorough in his exam of my retinas. He explains what he sees and interprets the tests in a manner that is professional and easy for me to understand. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Jain for his specialty care.

Continue to have very upsetting encounters with office staff every time. We appreciate the neurologist and all he has done, but the front staff have no sense of patient care. Called to ask for help with refilling a SEIZURE med because our pharmacy had requested it but were not receiving a response. Was making calls back and forth with Erica at the office and our pharmacy.
