Friendly, professional staff. Pleasant reception area. Dr. Jain thoroughly explained my eye issues, offered solutions and recommendations.
I would highly recommend Dr. Jain to anyone who values a quality, humble, and compassionate MD's advice and observation skills. I left feeling that my concerns were heard and accepted, and that I make the final decisions about my health and treatment options. The testing staff is top rate too. Lastly, I appreciated that Dr. Jain wears a mask too as so many older folks in the office.
Very skilled. Keeps you informed of the procedure he is doing, explains it in detail so you understand. He is very knowledgeable about his expertise and most medical procedures. Most of all he is very personable and so easy to get along with. One of my favorite doctors.
My favorable experience began with calling their office with an eye problem when the receptionist gave me an appointment for the same morning. After going through various eye tests in their office, Dr. Jain conducted a comprehensive examination, leaving no stone unturned. His thoroughness gave me confidence in his diagnosis and advice. I have not had a visit but I will review and agree that , they never pick up and don’t return phone calls. To me they just want to charger your insurance and bill them , but can’t even schedule an appt .
I am very grateful to Dr. Korn and his team for my successful cataract surgery last 3/12/2025. The wonderful staff from Joy and Jordan, the receptionists to the people at the preoperative room, Eli, Karen, the O.R. nurses, Meryl and Karen and the PACU nurse, Irene to Dr. Korn, everyone made my experience awesome and hassle-free. Everyone did his/her part and knew what he/she was doing. Everyone made me comfortable and at ease before, during and after the surgery.
I always look forward to my visits to Dr Jain. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and are proficient at their jobs.
