I was not pleased at first with this dentist. Office staff were poor and messed up appointments. The current staff are much better. Dr. Tortorella does not seem like much of a people person at first but I found him better as time went on. Recently had a serious problem just prior to leaving on vacation. He fit me in on short notice did a root canal and finished it all off on time for my vacation. No problems since.
My family and I were former patients of the dentist that owned this clinic prior to Dr. Tortorella taking over a few years ago. Both the former dentist, and our hygienist encouraged us to give Dr. Tortorella a chance, which we did. Honestly, we've had nothing but problems. Fillings are painful and dont seem to take (even after multiple attempts to correct)... our long time hygienist is gone.......the office always appears to be a bit unorderly....I can go on and on.. Very nice doctor, will take the time to explain things to you, does a great job. Really good with kids, seems kind of shy though.
