I'm glad I choose Dr. Tortorella's office for a checkup. I went for a cleaning and checkup after not seeing a dentist for 2 years. Dr. Tortorella was very kind and professional. The ladies at reception Lisa &Wendy are very welcoming and warm. My hygienist Angela was very professional and thorough. Thank you Angela for answering all my questions.
Amazing dentist! My 4 year old daughter needed a ton of work under sedation. He and his staff are just the best. She was in no pain after an hour and everything is great. Highly recommend!
No concern for post procedural pain. Find someone else that maybe Cares .
Both my husband and I have been with Dr. Tortorella since he located on Drummond and we are more than happy with him and his staff. This is a painless dentist who cares about your concerns and makes the visit a breeze. All other staff in the office are truly just the best and kindest people. The whole experience of going to the dentist is actually a fun one. Highly recommended.
My experience with Dr. Tortorella & his staff so far has been excellent. I felt welcomed & informed right away. I had recently moved from another city & was in need of emergency care & was accommodated promptly, professionally & personably. If you are looking for dental care in Niagara Falls then look no more!
Visiting Dr. Tortorella is not scary! I agree with the comments about his staff. They are very friendly and professional and the office is welcoming due to Janet. I would encourage anyone who has had a bad experience with a dentist to visit this office.
I had the same dentist from the age of 3 to 24 years old so I've always enjoyed going to the dentist. I love the staff at Dr. Tortorella's office, they are knowledgeable, good at what they do (I never leave with pain) and they genuinely care about my oral health. They are always there to give me good advice when I need it and they have been very helpful in helping my 2 year old son be comfortable in the dental chair. I could not ask for a better dentist and his supporting staff.
