My family has been going to the office since dr.tortorella started there. I have always had a pleasant experience. My daughters first visit was great it made her want to come back again. Your child's first dentist visit needs to be a good one to make them want to come back without any fear. All of the staff there made her feel very comfortable. I have never had a problem booking appt.'s that work for our schedules and it's great they call to remind you of your appt.
Have always been very satisfied with all the staff and dr.tortorella,,have been with him at his practice since he started,,all my family are with him also,,janet is always nice and very helpful to us all nothing ever seems to be a problem for her,,dr.andrew is really nice he is very easy to talk to and always willing to explain what the procedure is about and how it may effect you,,in my opinion i would never go anywhere else,,
My whole family goes to see him. I think he is a wonderful dentist and it great with my sometimes difficult children. I have never had any issues. When there is an issue, Janet gets us in I right away and doesn't charge us 200 fee to get in immediately. They staff is nice, the doc is nice. These other reviews that state other wise are most likely people who need to complain about everything :)
Our family loves this dentist. The staff greet you and make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. I love our dental hygenist she is wonderful very thorough. His rates are reasonable. He also performs dental surgery with anesthetic in his office. It's very conveinent for me because my son has special needs and he's very reasonable with his rates for this type of surgery. I have been a patient with Dr. Tortorella since he started. He is one of the kindest professionals I have met. I have been nothing but impressed by his work and his manners. I can't find anything bad to say about him. His staff is very enjoyable to visit with as well. I have had no problems with any of the work done.
