Dr. Downs is our family dentist and he’s an excellent dentist; my husband, son, daughter and son-in-law are very satisfied patients. He explains necessary procedures thoroughly and I am always comfortable with the outcome. His office staff are also amazing which makes a wining combination.
Expected extreme discomfort with two crowns and one filling for one visit but, there was no discomfort. The procedure went smoothly. No complaints.
I’ve been going to Dr. Downs for over a decade and have always been totally satisfied with the service. Whether I’m seeing him or the dental hygienist Brittany (who’s the best by the way) I always feel like I’m visiting family. The office and exam areas are always clean and he keeps up to date with the latest technology in terms x-rays, photos, appointment scheduling, etc. I had my kids go recently for mouthguards for their sports and they were just as happy with the entire process.
What can I say, he is the best! I am very scary when it comes to needles and Dr. Downs is so smart and gentle, very patience when he works with you. He talked me through the whole procedure and never let me see the size of the equipment he worked with. I was told about the needles, but I didn't realize the size of the needles. The staff are very supportive also, no question is asked to often nor considered stupid. Thank you Dr. Downs and your very user friendly staff.
My visit today was with Dr. Downs' hygenist (Brittney). I look forward to my visits quarterly. She is professional and knowledgeable. She offers expert recommendations for keeping my teeth in good shape. I leave there with the beautiful smile Dr. Downs carefully maintains. Office staff are great!
I just want to say Thank you for taking care of my Dad & making him feel very comfortable. After being with one Dentist for over 35 years (Dr. Shaw)it kinda hard to come across someone like him. That you can feel comfortable with... My Dad said I like them people....You & your staff are very friendly people. Thanks once again!!!!

Dr. Downs and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and all around a great dental team. Dr. Downs took the time to answer all my questions to ensure I understood my upcoming dental treatments while recommending scheduling to handle it all in a time efficient manner. He is now and will always be my go to dentist. And, he's a fellow Bruin - so there you have it.
This is the best dentist office and experience ever. The office personnel is very professional and friendly. Dr. Downs and Dr. Brown are the best dentist- I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
