The staff is very professional and efficient
I followed Brittney from another office and all though I have not actually met the dentist I LOVE seeing Brittney! She’s the best hygienist!
I have never met a group of more friendly, caring and efficient group of people than those found in Dr. Downs' office.

Very nice office . All of the staff are friendly and professional. I have been a patient for approx. 38 years. My husband and children all have been Dr. Downs' patient for decades. He is very knowlegible and current with the the dental practice and takes time to explain the procedure before he treat his patients. All his staff have a caring and positive attitude. I recommend him for all ages.

They say you can often judge a person by the company they keep and Dr. Downs is no exception. First Class all the way. All of the staff knows what they are doing and it shows. Dr. Downs explains things thoroughly when you see him and makes you feel so comfortable you wonder why it took you so long to get back to a dentist. I had my final appointment with Dr. Brown to receive my retainer for my Invisalign. The whole experience from start to finish was awesome. Dr Brown was very professional and knowledgeable and my teeth look fantastic. I was also very pleased with the dental assistant, Roxana, who assisted Dr. Brown with my Invisalign appointments. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to all who are looking for top notch dental professionals!
Very excited to finally find a dentist that's recommendable. His personality is amazing, his dentistry work is even better and staff is also very personable, always making sure my needs are met. Couldn't be anymore please with my overall experience!
