Dr. Downs, and his entire staff are phenomenal! I always experience anxiety when I have dental procedures and have a difficult time relaxing, but not here. Dr. Downs, Lupe, and Roxsana are so kind, patient, and helpful, they helped me to relax and not worry. Amber is awesome and explains everything; she is very professional, friendly, and genuine.
EXCEPTIONAL, AS ALWAYS! Dr. Downs has a "Stella Team!" I am delighted his office functions superbly, even while he is away! Personally, I can't imagine a better place for dental care! Dr. Downs, really, really cares for those he serve!
