It was awesome. Everyone was very nice and professional.
Dr. Downs is always through and explains all dental procedures. Brittany Cammons, Dental Hygienist, provided exceptional cleaning service as well. I felt safe and office staff insured that safety precautions were exercised to keep patients from exposure to germs.
Dr. Downs is consistently approachable and professional. Each member of the office staff and providers, regardless of title is friendly, compassionate, and prepared. I have had three visits to the office for cleaning and treatment during the pandemic and I have felt safe and well cared for each and every time.
Each and every visit is a wonderful experience!!!
All health and safety procedures are in place. The facility is always immaculate. The staff are so friendly and professional and they make you feel like family. It’s like walking into the “Cheers” bar...everybody knows your name.
Had my first visit to Dr. Down’s office yesterday. It was the best professional medical office visit I’ve had of ANY kind. Everyone was very professional, kind/respectful, thorough, etc. The office itself had a calm, clean, well organized, welcoming environment. No complaints whatsoever!!??
Dr Downs practice is professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Attention to patient satisfaction seems to be high on their list. This office is a pleasure to visit!
