My husband and I had a terrible experience with the jeweler who made my engagement ring in the states and our experience with Colman and his team couldn’t have been more opposite when it came to our wedding bands. The craftsmanship turned out beautiful and he was able to match the same width/depth and my engagement ring dimensions no problem. He is truly kind and works with you to bring your design concept to life without trying to influence your opinions. Looking forward to continuing to be a customer in the future ☺️
Great jewellery cleaning service and very reasonable cost!
Zero disability awareness or desire to have any. Some Staff attitudes are snobby and argumentative. Policies are not clearly explained and customers are expected to read minds. Even after a Refund was authorised by the owner a staff member still argued with me and made me Feel very uncomfortable. Any items previously purchased broke soon after purchase which was one of the reasons for requesting a refund. The attitude was another. Shame that in today’s age this snobbery still exists.
My first time in Down jewellers, but it won't be my last. Great product only beaten by the fantastic customer service. Thank you Anne.
