Terrible service. I was almost overcharged twice on the same purchase until I pointed out the mistake. No apology. The items I bought are good but I’ll buy online if I choose to buy from them again

Lovely original jewellery, and exceptional service. Bought an engagement ring, London store very helpful on email and went to see ring in Glasgow, which is a central location. Staff very friendly.

My 7 year old daughter and I recently visited Nikki at Dower & Hall and we were both very impressed. Nikki is so kind and caring and her store is incredibly welcoming. My daughter is delighted with her newly pierced ears and we received great advice about aftercare and healing. There is a reason that this is my favourite jeweller! Would thoroughly recommend.
