I started training with Ian Dowe at Dowe Dynamics 5 years ago, initially to strengthen my core which was weak after too many years spent sitting in front of a computer. I can’t recommend this gym – or the person who founded and runs it – highly enough. It’s truly a unique place, equipped with direct-weight machines that are far more effective than the standard equipment commonly found elsewhere today. Great equipment good people and Ian’s a great trainer who is always interested in his clients progress and well being so it makes you have a bit more consistency and makes you watch your diet and god forbid if you don’t take note. Keep up the good work E 👍🙏
