I'm beyond impressed! We just had the best car buying experience at Doug's! Our car had brake pads that were a little low, (not unsafe by any means, just low). They not only disclosed the information but had us come back the next week, fixed the brakes and a loose side mirror, gave us a loaner car and filled the tank with gas. All for free I might add. Excellent experience at Doug's. From scheduling an appointment online to meeting the salesman to meeting the finance guy--everything was pleasant, easy and professional and dare I say, fun. And, I feel I got an excellent deal on my new car. I will go back here for any of my car needs.

Duke Le got us set up right! He helped us finance within our budget and took care of our requests with no hassle. He was a no-pressure, personable salesman. We would recommend him and Doug's to others, for sure.
we got a GREAT car at a GREAT price. Much better than expected, and our salesman (besides having a great southern accent) was straight forward, no messing around, fantastic. It was such a great experience. All my questions were answered, concerns put to rest, and I left with confidence. Q, the manager, worked with us on all the finalizing...and he was fabulous. I can't say enough about this dealership...such a positive experience! We will be back and we will send all of our friends.
I hate buying cars and prefer to agree on pricing and features via the internet. This is one of the few dealerships that gives you their best offer the first time via email. They know they have one shot at the deal. Closing was fast and easy. Full tank of gas and free first oil change.
