Just picked up a 2017 Mazda6 Touring last week. Love it. Sales transaction was clear, easy, and the deal was great. Both Duane and Bobbie did an excellent job. They were patient, amicable, and professional, and I'd definitely recommend this dealership to a friend!

The folks at Doug's are great. I have called several times to ask questions and they are always ready to help. And I absolutely love my cx5. I put Blizzak winter tires on and I can go just about anywhere and living in Eastern WA it is a necessity to have a vehicle that gets me where I need to go in the winter. I highly recommend this dealership and their integrity.

Great experience purchasing my new Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. Very professional & courteous staff. Will be doing business with this dealership again in the future.
I went to doug 's Mazda just to check on my mailer and the sales guy comes up to us. I told him I'm not interested in a car then he asks me what I drive. I told him and then said to me that I'm ryse. This place is not good and to tell someone who told you they are not interested in a car to take no for an answer . Never will I purchase a car from here. Learn Customer service and how or when people are not interested. Their mailers are a scam to try to trick people that they won.
