Woudn't trust them even if they had the perfect car for me. Recent game card mailing proves they are why people don't like used car salesman.
I'm sure I'm not alone in my dislike for their bait and switch, or whatever you want to call it dishonest mailers. Borderline unethical, certainly unpopular among the neighbors they blast with this fake money winning scheme.
I just tried to get the service department here to look up a small seat repair for our 2007 Mazda3 and they refused to even try to look up the Service bulletin, and just gave me some tripe about having to spend $120 for them to diagnose the problem. There is an official service bulletin put out by Mazda in 2009 that indicates the seat adjuster is faulty, and details how to fix it. it is 09-059/09. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Fred Stephan. He not only has helped my grandparents but also helped me get out of a bad car into a better car for my family. I will defiantly be doing more business with him and highly recommend seeing him. I abouslutly love my 2010 Mazda three it's a fantastic car and the price was right. Thank you so much. Awesome sales, parts, and service experiences! I'm thrilled how great their customer service is. So many places should learn from them on how to treat a customer so well.
I just piled my wife and two young kids into our car and drove an hour and a half only to find out the CX-7 we were coming to look at had been sold yesterday afternoon..and no one thought to call and let me know...the salesperson I had been speaking with all week didn't see fit to mention it during the two times I spoke to him this morning...and it didn't occur to anyone I met at the dealership to say "sorry". Customer service is dead, and you might be able to find the gravesite at Doug's Lynwood Mazda.
