My Wife and I are new to this state and have been a Mazda owner for over 20 years. Frankly, I felt that finding a new dealer was going to be a bigger hassel than it was worth...however, when I walked into Doug's in Lynnwood I found the environment to be pleasent and inviting. Amazing service from sales, finance, and service center. I was in and out with a great deal in just a couple hours. They treated me right start to finish, and continue to do so after the sale!
The overall rating is "great" for this dealership. The personnel are accommodting and aims to please. I am a return customer to this dealership; so,it's a testimony that I like Mazda products. This is my 4th Miata.
