I was interested in buying a new CX-9 for my wife as a Christmas gift. I reached out to Rob Sinclair (sales) to help, and he was exceptionally helpful. We reached an agreement quickly on a very fair price, and I was in and out of the dealership quickly. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I was sold a car with a “repaired” crack in the windshield which was not disclosed prior to purchase. I discovered the crack a day later. After multiple attempts to have this remedied by Doug’s Mazda, I contacted a windshield repair company. I was informed that the crack could not be fixed as it had already been repaired. Well I walked into the dealership. Alone. Wandered inside, outside, inside and outside again. No one said hello. No one said may I help you. Husband is super keen to buy a Mazda. I just have to test drive to give it my seal of approval.... not happening now.
Watch out for their used cars. Found a major safety concern on one of their cheap vehicles (2001 Dodge Durango) and they would not fix the issue or even look into it even thou the sticker on the window said it was safety checked. Since it was so cheap (and above bluebook value) they did not want to open a can of worms in case it was a major issue that required $$$$ to fix.

Doug's Lynwood Mazda are awesome! I called them a couple of times about the car I was eyeing for a week, and they were always there to helped me with my questions. I had to drive 3 hrs to Edmunds but as soon as I got there Alberto Reyes approached us nicely. He was very accommodating and friendly. All the process of buying the Mazda Miata went smoothly, and I was really impressed for the price was by far the best. It was really a pleasure made business with you guys!
