I just wanted to say thanks to Jeffrey Napier for wonderful customer service I received while I was browsing for a new car. I had a lot of questions and he was patient and knowledgeable. Had a few minor problems today with my Jeep,low tire pressure,and a large black mark on my side door! I drove in and Pete Mcivers was standing there. He proceeded to fix all my problems, and I drove away in about 5 min. Wow what great customer service! The best to all at Douglas Jeep! This is why I will buy my next car from here! This is one of the definitions of Great customer Service!!!!

We came to Douglas to trade in our 2002 Jeep Liberty that we purchased brand new from Pete mclvers. Pete was helpful as usual and carried us over to the used vehicle lot and into the capable hands of Randy Cell. Randy was very friendly and in short order he had us test driving a beautify 2011 jeep grande Cherokee.
